How to get recognised for your skills

The first step to getting recognised for your qualifications is to take our take our free 60 second skill check. This check will give us all of the information we need to begin your application, starting from you simply selecting your industry, your desired qualification, and your relevant experience. From there, our friendly team will get in touch to discuss your options.

What happens after the free skill check?

After you have submitted your free 60 second skill check, a dedicated consultant will get in touch to walk you through the simple process of putting your portfolio together. This portfolio acts as a way to demonstrate your experience, and can contain overseas qualifications, transcripts, certificates, photos and videos, samples or work examples, letters of reference, your current resume, and whatever else may be of relevance. Your portfolio is then sent off to one of our partner registered training organisations (RTOs), where they will assess it. Qualifications obtained through our partner Registered Training Organisations are nationally recognised in Australia and are equivalent to qualifications that would be received from full time study at an institution such as TAFE. If any more information is required, an assessor from one of these organisations will contact you to enquire about information. RTOs may also assign a trainer to upskill you if there are areas in your portfolio where you might be considered weak – all at no cost to you!
